This ring comes from an old collection Cartier from the 1994s. It is made of 18 carat yellow gold. in the center of this ring is a white pearl named Akoya it measures 8 mm. The pearl is surrounded by two large shoulders in 18 carat yellow gold which are staggered around the finger.
